Before making a booking, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and this Cancellation Policy. Please read this page carefully before confirming your reservation.

Booking Process

1. Availability Check

Guests must confirm availability for their travel dates before making any advance payment.
You can call or WhatsApp us at +91 7992496938 for instant confirmation.

2. Advance Payment

To reserve your slot for any camp, tent, cottage or activity package, a minimum 30% advance payment is required.

We accept:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Bank Transfer

3. Booking Confirmation

Once the advance payment is received:

• A confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp or email
• Details will include camp address, check-in and check-out timings, camp manager contact number and payment status
• Your booking details will be shared with the campsite team

A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received.

4. Balance Payment

The remaining amount must be paid at check-in.

Failure to pay the balance amount at check-in will be treated as a guest-side cancellation and no refund will be provided.

Child Policy

• Children below 5 years: Free stay with parents
• Children 6 to 11 years: Charged at 50% of adult price
• Children 12 years and above: Charged as adults

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent only by email to:

Requests via call, WhatsApp or message will not be accepted.
Refunds are calculated on the total booking amount.

Refund Slabs

15 days or more before travel date

• 100% refund
• After deducting 10% service charge

7 to 15 days before travel date

• 60% refund

0 to 7 days before travel date

• No refund

Same day cancellation or No Show

• No refund

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Payment gateway charges are non-refundable and will be deducted.

Non Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided for:

• Rain, floods, landslides or natural events
• Weather based cancellation of rafting or activities
• Government restrictions or local authority rules
• Missed activities due to late arrival
• Partial use of the package
• Personal reasons after reaching the campsite

Any additional expenses due to weather, traffic delays, medical emergencies or political situations must be borne by the guest.

Important Terms and Conditions

1. No Refund After Arrival

If guests refuse to stay at the campsite after arrival due to personal preferences, no refund will be issued. All camp details including photos, facilities, location and inclusions are shared clearly on our website.

2. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out

No discounts or refunds are provided for early check-in or late check-out.

3. Activity Cancellation Due to Weather

Rafting and adventure activities depend on river conditions, safety rules and government guidelines. If activities are cancelled due to weather or safety reasons, no refund will be applicable.

4. Change in Group Size

If the number of guests reduces after booking, the total package cost remains unchanged.

5. Payment Rules

• Advance payment is mandatory to reserve a slot
• Full balance payment is required at check-in
• Non-payment of balance equals guest-side cancellation with no refund

6. Safety Compliance

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by camp staff and adventure operators. Violation of rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

7. Read All Details Before Booking

Many details related to camping and rafting cannot be explained fully over phone calls. Guests are requested to:

• Read all camp details carefully
• Check inclusions and exclusions
• Confirm dates and number of guests
• Understand cancellation and refund rules
